Dr.Ronnie Johnson

For the past 43 years, she has been a change agent in the realm of Education and she loves working with people.  The last 39 years have been in the Watson Chapel School District.

  • Special Education Teacher
  • Assistant Principal of Watson Chapel Junior High School 
  • For 11 years she taught a computerized reading class (PLATO) at Southeast Arkansas College.
  • She attended and graduated from the Citizen's Police Academy's 2011 spring class (XXXI)
  • Presently principal at Coleman Intermediate School in the Watson Chapel School District

Dr. Johnson's professional experience also includes: 

  • Supervised Special Olympics as a coach and volunteer for over 25 years
  • Chair of Special Education Department
  • State Special Olympics coach for several years

  • Chaired Standard Assurance Committee/Resource and Support Systems
